Ah ok. To test it, is it necessary to reassemble the headlight? And just to be clear, the spacers are to distance the lens housing from then projector assembly?

Sorry for so many questions, I've never taken apart a projector :P

When you're working on it, is it apparent how many spacers you need or is it trial and error? I know the ZKW-R lenses don't sit completely flush, so would you just take the difference in height between the lens' flange and where it should be?

Do you bend the shield completely out of the way so that it's behind the cutoff?

How difficult was your ZKW-R lens swap? Did you end up having to space the lens housing like in the DIY or did it fit fine? Also, why did they bend the cutoff in the DIY?

Why did you lock my thread "Where do you hide a pistol in your E46?" Everyone was getting along fine until Constantine kept gun bashing. Last I checked the right to bear arms was provided for in the 2nd amendment of our constitution. A discussion about where to legally secure/hide/conceal a pistol in an E46 should be perfectly okay. Why let a guy who simply wants to derail a thread with content against his beliefs ruin a great topic for the rest of us to discuss? Perhaps I'm missing something. Please advise.
