Left windows down =/

So those who know the weather here in the panhandle of florida, it can go from completely sunny to downpour in quite quickly. May car got rained in a pretty good amount. Every thing still works electronically minus the cigarette lighter, i believe it just shorted and popped a fuse. But should i be concerned with any mold under the carpet or mold any where. I leave my windows down during the days when im very certain it isnt raining and its all nice and dried up but just wondering about the long term.
