Shipping through greyhound is the easy way for them to do it but a true pain in the ass for us. It may save cost on the shipping process, but it is worth it to pay for UPS or other freight carrier. I had a bumper shipped through umnitza and it took over 3 weeks to get here, and it seemed no one could track it or find where it was or where it had even been.

Never again will i ship with greyhound.

Greyhound also lost my bumper shipped from Cali...been months...I filed a claim and it took me 3 months to get to someone to tell me to do that...even though I have no idea how they can lose a bumper.

Hmmm? Wonder if there's a black (grey) market on bumpers?

Far from it. A little patience and you'll be fine.
There are many other ways to ship bumpers, Fedex ($150+), Pilot Freight ($110-120), or Greyhound ($50-60 Flat Rate).

We'll have a trace number for you on Monday. :hi:

BTW - over 2 months straight and we've shipped nearly 700 bumpers with them.

All of those except 2 - 1 didn't pick up for 30 days due to a screw up by Greyhound calling the wrong number for him combined with him being out of the country for 2 weeks and another was misrouted to the wrong location through a miscommunication on our part with the customer that we eventually resolved.

Well you guys aren't as hard to get ahold of as greyhound indy which is impossible unless you go in person...its just everytime I ask where the bumper is at I just get an answer be patient or they'll call you when its there..I never received any tracking info and no one can tell me where it is or when it will be here..all I know is that it apparently shipped out last Monday exactly one week ago...so it could be anywhere for all I know it could still be in umnitzas warehouse or currently sitting at grehound for me to pick up
