![]() Looks great! My car goes in Saturday for a DINAN S signature package. Then back into the shop the following week for a few suspension goodies. (Possibly make it an S1 car...) Not near as cool as doing it yourself, but I've got two little ones and a mean wife (just kidding honey!...(in case she reads this...) ) |

![]() Here's the BMW part numbers for the Rubber Spring Pads... They I cost about $10 each. E46 325It - 5mm - 33531136385 E36 325i - 7.5mm - 33531136386 E36 325i - 10mm - 33531136387 E46 325ix - 15mm - 33531094754 Stock Wagon size is 5mm. I have a pair of 15mm that I tried with Eibach Pro rear springs and they raised it back up to about stock Sport Package ride height. I hear H&Rs are just a little taller in the rear so you may want try the 10mm. If that's too low and you need the 15mm, I'll send you my like new pair for the cost of shipping. |

WHAT!?@!@
That is sooooo not fair. There are more BMW's in the bay area than ALL of Maryland and Virgina - if any state needs those, it's California. ![]() Our governor sucks and his wife is a hideous wreck. |

bud - do you realize that 3 series and 5 series BMWs around DC are like Honda's anywhere else? And the National Capital chapter of the BMWCCA is the largest chapter in the US and I think the world...

Huh.. not trying to be confrontational, but there are quite a few BMW's here too. We also joke that they are as common as Fords/Chevy's in Texas. On a 20 mile stretch of highway - you'll see no less than 10 of 'em. You can't swing a dead cat without hitting one. I guess not all of them are members of the BMWCCA.
![]() I'd love to see the BMW DMV registration numbers for the bay area and California. I'd bet they rival MD and VT. Last edited by TRP; 11-29-2007 at 10:06 PM. |

LOL... niice...
I think I'm just jealous that we don't have specialty plates. I hardly seems right. Last edited by TRP; 11-29-2007 at 11:24 PM. |

Well I know that VA to get a specialty plate you have to have a certain number of people to sign up to start.. I believe it was 2000 or something but don't quote me then they will make the plate. They petitioned for it and it was just approved

it was 2000 and we have to have an initial commitment of 350 to start production - from what I hear - we are set to go next month

real paying customers that actually needed cars bumped me - but I am cool with it since Bubba at Suburban autobody is taking care of me on the pricing and stuff
