I recommend that you try to tackle the vanos seal project yourself. the tools required are your found in your typical mechanic set. Again, if you are good at following instruction (Beisan has an EXCELLENT instructions) then you you can definitely do this. If you don't have the time then I recommend bring your car to an indy mechanic (doesn't have to be BMW since the instructions are very simple).

some non-ms are worth more than m3's these days lol. i get that jist. they could still charge a good amount to a broader non-m market and get money but they don't
