18x8 ASA AR1's with 10 and 12mm Spacers

Anyone have a similar setup 18x8 ET40mm with 10mm spacers up front and 12mm spacers in the rear, pics? fitment issues?

I thought it might be a bit too squeezed, I just wanted to fill the wheel wells evenly

I have 18x8.5 ET 20 225/40/18 in front and it is perfect. I am really low too. Only rubs when my wheels are turned and going up a driveway
